Product questions

Who will install my product or supply my service?

We have a nationwide network of installers, all with our stamp of approval. We will send a local installer to your area depending on availability.

How do I pay for my items?

You can pay your installer directly after the job is completed, using your preferred method.

How long will I wait for installation?

Our installer will be in touch to arrange a date as soon as convenient for you (subject to availability).

What happens when I request a quote?

If you like the look of something, click to request a quote. Within a couple of days we'll call you to discuss any details the suppliers might need - sometimes suppliers will need to conduct a house assessment. With this information, we can then negotiate on your behalf to get the best price.

Is there any commitment when I request a quote?

Absolutely not. The quote is free and completely non-binding. And after you receive your quote you can decide whether or not to accept it.

What are energy efficient technologies?

Lots of different things! We're opening up access to as many different exciting technologies as possible, to try and achieve our mission of making a million homes more energy efficient by 2020. Our kit can be anything from a hyper-efficient boiler to solar panels that will let you generate your own clean energy.

Will I get the exact model shown on the site?

We hand pick our models based on those with the highest customer satisfaction in the market. The models you read about are indicative examples, to be confirmed once our supplier has checked suitability for your home. For example, bigger houses need more powerful boilers.
